Allison McCartney has over 2O years experience in the early childhood sector, leading and working alongside teams to develop positive workplace culture, high quality programs for children and helping support parents in their child’s early year’s development.
My approach is pragmatic, proactive, and relational — grounded in real-world experience and genuine connection. I believe effective leadership and learning come from strong relationships, reflective practice, and purposeful action.
